Question How long will I wait for my shipment?
Answer

The order processing time is usually 5–10 business days. To this should be added the delivery time depending on the chosen form of shipment (courier, parcel locker, etc.).

 

Question Do you offer international shipping?
Answer

Yes, we also process international orders. Shipping costs and times are visible in the basket after selecting the country.

Question How can I pay for my order?
Answer

We accept card payments, BLIK, online transfers and cash on delivery (in Poland).

Question What to do if a product is damaged or not as described?
Answer

Contact us at contact@obscurra.pl – attach a photo and order number. We process complaints within 10 business days.

Question How can I contact you?
Answer

Best by email: contact@obscurra.pl or via the contact form on the website. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Question Are the products handmade or locally made?
Answer

Yes! Many of our products come from small, local Polish factories or are made to order.
